• Opt-Out: You may opt out of arbitration by sending written notice to info@iar-science.org within 30 days of first accepting these Terms, stating Your name, address, and that You opt out of arbitration.

• Class Action Waiver: You and the Company agree that any arbitration or proceeding shall be limited to disputes between You and the Company individually. You waive any right to participate in a class, collective, or representative action.

If You are a consumer resident of the European Union, mandatory provisions of the law of Your country of residence apply. You may bring claims in the courts of Your country of residence. The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and any other legal notices published by the Company on the Service, constitute the entire agreement between You and the Company concerning the Service and supersede all prior agreements.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable and valid, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
